Woori Finance Indonesia offers various financing services across offline and digital platforms.


To stay competitive in the digital finance space, its outdated website needed a revamp—modernizing the visual branding, improving navigation, and introducing a loan simulation feature to boost user engagement and product adoption.

Users faced several challenges on Woori Finance Indonesia’s outdated website, including confusing navigation, inconsistent UI elements, and the absence of a loan simulation calculator. These issues made it difficult for users to find information, reduced trust in the platform, and failed to motivate them to apply for a loan—ultimately leading to lower engagement and missed conversion opportunities.

I gained valuable insight into user flows, pain points, and trust signals required to encourage loan adoption — knowledge that now strengthens my ability to design for fintech products with confidence and clarity.
